The word green has always been synonymous with gardening, and the lawn and garden industry is in stride with the green movement, putting on the market many new products, fertilizers and chemicals that are more organic and natural than ever before. The new products use less material and are very target selective in what they do. It is important to identify the particular problem before choosing and applying the product. We've relocated our environmentally friendly products, including the line of Ferti-lome eco-smart products in the sections where you'd be shopping for a specific category of products, so that you can easily find them, in addition to some special displays that feature brand name "go green" products.
Each year, Kruse Farm Supply & Garden Center hosts the Master Gardeners or other seminars to raise the "go green" awareness of using gardening products and techniques that can improve the quality of flowers and the healthfulness of vegetables. As new items become available, we'll be telling about specific ideas and products that may help you to make the switch to more environmentally friendly products for your own garden or yard.
